Jeanne-Marie de Champs established Domaines et Saveurs Collection in 1994, to achieve 7 years professional expérience of marketing and 10 vintages in wine, but it is also being part of a family, working the soil, farms and forests in the center of France since 1190.

       De Champs family raising Charolais cows AOC-AOP, as well working oak forests in the Loire Valley, Jeanne Marie as a child, started to be raised in farms, forests, wood, grains and the wine became a pleasure + interest + know - how + life, it was great to build relations with the local growers and negociants, as well with the distribution to sell and share this hard work and passion to do terroir.

The human size of the company Domaines et Saveurs Collection, and the work done, make us having direct relation with each grower.

The love of the well done work is the common points of all these woman and men growers:

- Optimisation of the detailled work in vineyards.

- Sustainable farming.

- Could be organic certified, and biodynamy.

- Vinification done with native yeasts, and less technical manipulation possible.

       The rigourous selection helps us to propose some wines with « terroir » and high personality which mean the domaines receive excellent tasting notes, scores...world recognized. Growers and negociants give confidence to Domaines et Saveurs Collection, for speaking and selling on their own names, and sell their wines in France and in export markets. The importers and distributors become ambassador for the domaine in their regions.

       Domaines et Saveurs Collection is also doing trainee for sells forces, as well work during their work with for retailers and restaurants. For consumers, in partnership with retailers and restaurants, we do tasting and wine dinners to explain, enjoy and sell.

With this special relation of proximity, Domaines et Saveurs Collection' Team work mostly in Bourgogne and Loire valley, as well a limited selection of « fine estates » with caracter.
